Bruce's philosophy is to leave his clients' management team better skilled after an assignment finishes than they were before it commenced. To ensure this happens, Bruce embraces a 'transfer of learning' approach to his assignments, building a fresh consulting methodology to suit each client. Bruce's approach not only ensures best-practice is achieved, it also allows the active involvement of all stakeholders in the project - resulting in true ownership of the project outcomes.
Bruce is the founder and managing director of Carpe Diem. His comprehensive sales, general management and consulting experience has been gained with companies like Fujitsu, Westpac, Queensland Transport, Software Engineering Australia, Catholic Education Office, ENERGEX Retail, PMP, the Brisbane Anglican Diocese and Microsoft.
Bruce continues to be part of the core consulting team and is an active business speaker and writer.

Vicki's clients appreciate the fact that she not only "talks the talk" but has "walked the walk" in companies such as Coles Myer, Woolworths, Centrelink, Sensis and Australasia's largest print company. Her clients often comment that it is refreshing that the person advising them on alleviating their 'pain' has both the empathy and the expertise to help them make the right decisions.
Like all Carpe Diem consultants, when Vicki "sells" the work, she will do the work - there is not a junior consultant sent in to complete the task once the "selling" is done.
Vicki has worked with Directors, CEOs and senior executives in large and small organisations to help them neutralise market variations, increase growth, and retain clients across a range of market sectors.
