Sales Effectiveness

Carpe Diem has developed a methodology to determine the effectiveness of an organisation's sales practices, measured against industry best practice. Carpe Diem's sales effectiveness audits examine four key productivity drivers: research, investment, people, and systems, and make recommendations for change or improvement in these areas.

Among the outcomes of the sales effectiveness audit are the construction of a sales plan, sales training, and a mentoring program for new and existing salespeople.
