Microsoft Partner sales training Case Studies

We have attended a number of the Carpe Diem Microsoft courses and have always left the courses with a great deal of respect for the trainers and great deal of knowledge on the topic being covered.

The Effectively Selling Solutions training was extremely good - we learnt not to sell but to engage with the client in solving a pain point. This brings you out from being a sales person to a trusted and knowledgeable advisor with whom clients wish to create a long-term relationship.

Awesome.just love Bruce; he's an excellent presenter.

We're constantly striving for consistency on both the technical and sales sides of the business and Carpe Diem's courses have helped us to achieve this.

Solutions-selling training has helped us internally to check the boxes and make sure we're following the right procedures. It gave us a consistent methodology for identifying a customer's point of pain and providing a solution. We're using 6-8 steps of this methodology on a daily basis - to really listen to our customers and their individual needs.

I have certainly come out of the Key Marketing Concepts and Techniques for Microsoft Partners course with a large number of new ideas and approaches which will make a real difference to our marketing at what is an exciting time of change for SGS.

Marketing (as opposed to Sales) is rarely addressed by software vendors as a separate training area, so it is really good to see that you are addressing that need.

A very good use of two days' time...

I originally took the Effectively Selling Solutions for Microsoft Partners course with another vendor I was working for in 1999 and back then, the course was four days. [It has been] successfully condensed into a very powerful two days!

It has made my time more productive and efficient, as I am no longer chasing unqualified leads and I am better qualifying those remaining leads and shortening the overall sales cycle.

The Effectively Selling Solutions for Microsoft Partners course was extremely practical, with a focus on how to approach real situations throughout the sales process. Day to day, I feel I am better able to assess an opportunity and make a logical decision about whether or not to explore the opportunity further. Hearing relevant and real-life examples demonstrated that what we were learning actually works.

This course has enabled me to ask the right questions before investing pre-sales time and money. Each time I assess an opportunity, I consider whether the outcome has already been decided and act accordingly.

Ultimately, I feel that I'm now spending my time working with prospects that are more likely to convert.

The Effectively Selling Solutions for Microsoft Partners course highlights what should be obvious: common sense techniques and strategies to ensure successful sales, imparted in a logical, easily-digested manner. It gave me confirmation that selling to those who have a business need, rather than a budget, is still the best way to sell.

[The course has] given me more confidence that I am approaching clients in the correct manner and that the techniques I employ to provide a solution are correct.

Getronics has received great benefit from the Effectively Selling Solutions course; so much so we have now made it a compulsory course for all our sales staff. I would highly recommend this course for anyone looking to sell more effectively in the Microsoft solutions market.

The Effectively Selling Solutions for Microsoft Partners course imparts a new way of thinking about how you go about pushing prospects further along your sales pipeline and logically guide their thought processes so as to help them commit to investing in their own future. Admitting pain is hard for many people to do, but when handled in a logical and non-threatening manner, your prospects will become enlightened about what is required and how you can help.

It's a great course that I would recommend to everyone.

I just wanted to say thank you for a wonderful 2 days of sales training with Unique World and Getronics. I've heard fantastic feedback from the teams and really enjoyed sitting in the course myself as well.

I also wanted to let you know that the course content continues to go from strength to strength. The templates you have created and exercises throughout the course were outstanding...(having not seen the content in the past 12 months, these additions really stood out to me). The focus on role based relevancy in messaging was also very valuable.

I feel we are often fortunate to have a number of good internal sales training courses, often with overseas trainers. I have to say this was in line with the best. So thank you.

Key Marketing Concepts & Techniques for Microsoft Partners - Well worth it.

When we do projects for customers we aim to make them all referenceable and I have been meaning to do this for Carpe Diem for some time.

This course is a marketing course for professional marketing people, wow did that scare me! As a small business owner I see myself in technical, sales, marketing and business management roles, so to walk into a session that was unashamedly focused in full time marketing folk was a concern. After the first hour I was totally convinced that this was the place to focus our efforts that day. Vicki presented energetic, relevant material that we used the very next day.

Highly recommended course, very happy with Carpe Diem.

I would recommend this course to anyone and would encourage members of the Small Business Specialist Community to take advantage of this course if offered again.
